Its intentionally presented to look like Barnes changed his story when he did not. They also intentionally left off the links to their sources that infer Barnes has flip flopped. However, they do link the sources that verify Barnes as a campaign officer for Kerry. Barnes has said repeatedly that someone [not Bush's father] asked him to get GW Bush a slot in the nat. guard.......which is not surprising since there was a waiting list for that guard unit and they only way to get in would be thru 'a favor'. And do you honestly believe daddy bush had no idea this was happening on his son's behalf? If you do, I have freeways to sell you...........cheap. This is the good ole boy network at its finest.....the network that you and the GOP are working so hard to preserve. ;~) ted
