I was under the impression that indiscriminate attacks, such as those that were allowed by the FF zones, were not cool. Can you cite something to the contrary? I'd like to read it.

Arafat Takes Turn for Worse. They don't know the exact cause but it occurred immediatly after he was informed Bush had won the election.
