Mr. Calhoun's story is far from conclusive but it is the most solid eyewitness testimony available (that reflects on the general unreliability of decades old eye witness testimony, esp. to unremarkable events)

Besides, he 12 years older than Bush.......he claims they trained together. He would have been 38 to Bush's 26.

Training isn't only initial entry training. And even in initial entry training 1 - You can train with someone when they are providing the training, they can be decades older then you. 2 - When I was in Basic training there where 17 year olds and 34 year olds (I was in my early 20s), that is a bigger difference in years. In some cases the gap for new trainees can be even bigger. Prior service people can enlist later in life then people without prior service.
