It was about the Texas official who got Bush into the TANG along with other political pals. He is now rather ashamed of what he did, particularly after he walked down the Vietnam Memorial Wall.
Bush and company fell into that bear trap and can't get out. They've fallen and can't get up.
BTW McCain's reference to Micheal Moore's F 9/11 at the RNC boosted his box office sales.
