Hello Jay,

I was wondering if you have any experience with/opinion of:

www.everbank.com

I am thinking of setting up a RMB account there.

I wonder if other banks offer RMB accounts with better yields-say in HK-for non-resident (ie US) investors. I wonder if HSBC offers a product. I'm not sure th Everbank RMB accounts have a yield.

For example, on NZ$ the Everbank yield is usually 100-150bp less than opening a non-resident account with ANZ.

Then again, the non-resident withholding tax takes a bite.

Cheers,

T
