I never thought his lack of service was an issue. His lying about it was an issue, but not one of the most important, in my opinion..........I think he did a fair to middling job as president, and might have done worse if the Republicans hadn't taken over the Congress. He was like Calvin Coolidge, serving during a period of peace and prosperity that his policies did little to affect.......
