I received a notice from my ISP offering EZ Armor Firewall/AV software from Computer Associates free for one year. Anyone had any experience using it?

Thanks for that bit of research, Gottfried. I was finding it every time I ran spybot, having it fixed, then running it again only to find the pesky bugger still hanging around.

I took Fred's steps to eliminate it from the cycle.
