By gum, by golly, by gosh and by gee...Who'd a thunk it?

Isn't this lovely? Made my week. The beauty of it is, EVERYBODY can check it for themselves. We all have "Word."

How could CBS/Globe have been so stupid? What it was, they were so eager to nail Bush they ran with it. This is "Jason Blair" cubed! Dumb, dumb, dumb.

People do stupid things when they create forgeries.

A friend of mine worked in the 1980's in DOJ's Criminal Tax Section, prosecuting tax crimes.

He had a case involving a document that the defendant claimed absolved him of any tax cheating. My buddy, who had the original in his possession, took it to a paper expert. Bingo! Turned out the paper the letter was typed on was not even in production on the date the defendant claimed it was created. Turned out it was first made at least 3 years later.

It appears we may have a similar situation here with fonts.

Is everybody sure that CBS was releasing a facsimile of its "original" document, not a copy?
