Kerry will raise taxes ONLY on the super rich who received a $1 trillion tax break under Bush.

Raising taxes on the super rice removes nothing from the economy since the super rich always spend at their hearts desire anyway.

Really, you dumb idiot. It is BUSH who has increased discretionary spending more than any other President. For example, the Medicare drug program.
