this is a naive assessment of decisions regarding how to spend ad money

I say this because in many of my startup companies we need to allocate advertising dollars and it comes down to factors such as concentration of the public you are trying to target in specific metropolitan areas (more concentration is preferred), and other survey data.

I suspect Kerry wins in Missouri, but MO will not win him the election. I'd rather he spend the money in Florida or PA.

I wonder if the republicans have conceded Nevada, that state seems to be absent
