I think Powerline broke it in 12 hours. These guys are lawyers, and the first thing they did was go to the docs. I really wondered at the choice of language that I read from them. Just didn't match up with what we knew.

Someone tried to be clever and not take it too far.

too many cooks on kerry adm. not enough time to check sources. or they just do not care throw it out there. newspaper will cover in morning news but not retract.
