The Democrats don't know how to run on the issues anymore, so personal attacks is all they have.

At some point they'll figure out it doesn't work.

It doesn't seem to have hurt Bush......in fact, that tactic would appear to have helped him.

Hell, even Clinton is trying to tell Kerry he needs to get off the personal attacks and onto the issues. These extremists have destroyed the Dem party. And I'm loving every minute of it.

That's not my understanding of what Clinton said to Kerry. And apparently, Bush and Cheney do not seem to agree with you...in fact, they think its the way to go. Just the other nite, Cheney said that if you make the wrong vote, the US will have another terrorist attack. That goes beyond the pale as CJ would say.... and well beyond personal attacks, and yet, not a peep out of you.

Ted is absolutely right. Personal attacks is what wins against these guys. Kerry has tried to make this about issues, to elevate the dialog, but has failed.

So now it's down to the dirty crap... getting in the gutter with Bush & Company. Frankly, I think Kerry has a very good chance of winning. Because the Bush folks have told so many lies, they may have painted themselves into the corner.

But you know that.
