Where was george when prisoners were being tortured at Abu Ghraib??? If he knew he was incompetent for failing to stop it in accordance with the Geneva conventions. OTOH, if he did not know it was happening then he was incompetent for failing to adequately supervise his chain of command and assure that honest law abiding soldiers and staff were responsible for prisons.
