In both this one and Frances there seems to be a pattern to the forecasts. They will start out with wide swings among forecasts, then the swings start getting real small.

I think that's when you can be fairly certain of what areas are in danger. So far we have been in "anybody's guess" territory, but I think the 11 and 5 forecasts may determine at the very least whether the east coast is out of it.
