Your statement is ridiculous. Cheney said that because he believes it is true: should French-loving Kerry be president, and the US is hit with terrorist activity, we'll rollover and cave in. Or, rather, Kerry would like us to.

BS - the US is made of sterner stuff. Kerry is weak, Bush is strong. Period.
