It looks like we still have two hurdles to go.

1] Peoplesoft shareholders, which I see as a better than 80% chance of approval, given a $21/share buyout.

2] EU commission, which is still 65/35, approval, in my view. If this involved SAP there would be no chance, but two american firms, maybe.

The question is how will this affect Oracle's share price short-term and long-term. My view is, any relief from the uncertainty is beneficial.
