The logs show Bush flew nine times in T-33 trainers in February and March 1972, including eight times in one week and four of those only as a co-pilot

If you go to the Chicago Trib, this online article replaces the one they posted that slammed Bush based on Rather's story. "Shades of 1984."

Bush flew the trainers to get in his flight time because the F-102's were in short supply. But this article infers that Bush was a poor pilot, when the opposite is KNOWN by the writer to be true.
