That document is monospaced, not proportionally spaced. The "th" superscript was available on monospaced fonts of the time.

You'll also notice not one of the other documents was prepared in proportionally spaced type -- which was typically the case, because people didn't use proportionally spaced typewriters other than for exceptional needs.

Tiger,

Re: "On page 3 you can see the same kind of superscript th being used ..."

You might want to actually look at the documents that you have linked to ... I did !!

On page 3 the following did NOT have a superscript: 1st LT and 111th

On Page 6 The following did NOT have a superscript: 111th

On Page 10 & 11 The following did NOT have a superscript: 147th

All of these did NOT have a superscript like the forged documents.

Make It So,
Yousef

pointed to a superscript - a smaller, raised "th" in "111th Fighter Interceptor Squadron" - as evidence indicating forgery.
Definitely need better experts than Sandra.

Here is part of the 400 document dump that the White House did in February.

On page 3 you can see the same kind of superscript th being used. (See the entry for 4 Sept 68) That shows that they were using the IBM typewriter at that guard office (for several years). Why not? it was the rich-boy's and Football-cowboy's guard division. They had whatever equipment and sugercoats they wanted.

Sure looks real to me. Nice find.
