We have someone who impersonated an officer. We have forged federal papers. We have something the FBI can be involved in IMO. That's my thought. Forgery of federal documents is no small matter. Add to that the fact that it was done with the intent to influence the outcome of the presidential election, and you likely have a matter the FBI would be interested in.
