Clinton didn't notice? Bush didn't notice either, BUT it happened on HIS watch. He ignored Clark's warnings. He didn't read the memos or listen to briefings. At least Clinton was pro-active...Don't forget, you all made him a lame duck. If he'd tried to go after bin Laden you would have screamed. He did prevent the millenium attack on LAX.

By the way, are you the Selectric II accused of the alleged forgeries...lolol
