Every country has laws -- if you started a "charity" in the United States to funnel money to terrorists, chances are that US law enforcement would have a keen interest in providing you with free food, lodging and clothing for indefinite period of time. China is free to enact their own laws -- even ones we would not wish for ourselves. We do not do business with them because they are more free, they are more free because we do business with them. We could of course go over and bomb them night and day until they are "free", but fortunately our Iraqi policy has not yet been extended to include China.
