The bolt and receiver (the mechanism) is identical on pre and post 1994 semi automatic rifles. The law expiring on monday had nothing to do with firepower. Top cops are for the ban because PACs donate money to their reelction campaigns. Street police officers see the AWB for what it is, passing off hunting and target shooting rifles for fully automatic machine guns. AWs fire ONE round per trigger pull.

Funny......your slimy leftist Democrats in the Congress have been able to block every conservative Judge offered this year, yet they could (or would) not do anything about this ban???

Sounds to me like you need to be whining to Daschle and Gephardy , not the President...or are they just a bunch of girlymen like you?
