I would agree that Kerry' service was honorable...even if (as it appears)he exaggerated his exploits.....

What no one can excuse is his post war conduct....trashing his comrades, lying to the Senate, the phony Winer Soldier nonsense, consorting with the enemy and an absolutely undistinguished record of non-achievement in the Senate while voting on the wrong side of history on every major issue he ever confronted....

His medals have been the subject of dispute ever since he got them. They were for rose thorn scratches. One he put himself in for after the medical personnel and his commanding officer refused. He claims a Silver Star with a V. The Navy says it hs never ever issued such a medal.

There is no problem with Bush. The problem is with the Democratic smear machine.
