I heard that ALL authentic documents have "TEXAS National Guard" in the signature block. This one has only "National Guard." Also the forger mixed up the titles "commanding" and "commander" in the signature block. Something no one who was actually commanding would ever do. Plus their "expert" turns out to be a handwriting expert and not a document expert. Just like I guessed! How do you like that! However, it appears CBS is just going to tough it out. After all if CBS says it true who are we to disagree? Thats why the $17,600 award is so important. If it goes uncollected that is a counter story all by itself. And, of course, if the impossible happens and it's actually collected CBS wins really, really BIG. In either case, the next 8 weeks are going to be interesting to say the least.
