"show me independent reports from the commanders of several swift boat captains to each contested event." I'd like to do that, but I don't hold the papers. However, why was only Kerry's version of the events the ones that wound up in the files? Why was he awarded the Purple Hearts and the Bronze and Silver Stars if accounts of the events differed as much as you seem to believe?

Standard procedure is for each officer on each boat to write a report. OK, show me independent reports from the commanders of several swift boat captains to each contested event. If they all back Kerry I'll change my undecided/neutral stance on this issue. Please, don't bother. With all the evidence to the contrary, I like that you all continue to support the swifties. Now lets move on to Bush's NG service and his apparent favored treatment because he was the son of a congressman. ted
