I'm not sure who has the original memos, but from what I heard tonight on Hannity & Combs and Scarborough, it sounds like CBS has them.

I'd suggest CBS could clear this up by making the documents available for independent analysis.

Doubt they do it though.

Someone had the comment tonight that Rather has declared war on the Blogging world, without really understanding the power of the internet. I do believe he's in for an education.

Dan's final word was that so far no one has provided any evidence that the documents are a fraud.

Then I guess it's settled, then. LOL.

The Whitehouse has not stated that they are a fraud.

The White House has no need to comment on it at all. Danny's doing a rather good job of making a fool of himself without help.

Leave it to the blogger Kerry haters like you to try to say that Kerry tells Dan Rather what to say...

Now, now - don't go puttin' words in my mouth. When did I say "Kerry tells Dan Rather what to say"?

Oh, BTW, I've never posted to a blog in my life and don't even have any blog sites bookmarked.

I have, however, posted several links on this story to major news outlets including ABC, CBS, the Washington Post and others. Many of them consulted document experts of their own choosing, all of whom expressed the same judgement of the docs as we were discussing here Thursday morning.

You, podboy, apparently swam into de Nile. Better get back out to sea - de Nile isn't a suitable habitat for whales.
