NONE of the borders of countries in the Americas have changed in my lifetime. No need for Americas storm troopers to rescue anyone. I know CR well. People there are not like Americans although many Americans live there as retirees. It is far and away the most civilized of all the countries in Central America with literacy rates MUCH MUCH higher than the US and a very good nationwide health care system. The reason they can afford these things is they have a very small defense budget as it generally isn't needed. If America were like Costa Rica in their attitudes they would also have a paradise in the USA. But NO, Americans must hog all the worlds resources for its greedy gluttonous obese population and the rest of the world can just accept that it is their position to live their lives supplying Americas needs and not their own. That's the problem in a nutshell. This is why almost every country's population hates America. So Stephen, please move to the USA, you evidently belong there.
