A potentially interesting question about the election.

Suppose that the hurricane season lasts longer than usual this year, and that come election day the east coast of Florida is under a mandatory evacuation and many residents in Dade County can't go to the polls. Dade is the Democratic stronghold. Without Dade votes, Bush wins easily.

Hmmm. Do you suppose the Faith based community has enough power to pray up a hurricane for November?
