He probably would have concocted some wild story about Iraq working with Al Qaeda and possessing weapons of mass destruction. We probably would be involved in an exercise in nation building in Iraq right now and up to our eyeballs in a messy insurrection that promises to see us withdrawing in disgrace while being isolated by the rest of the world. Thank God that didn't happen...
