N. Korea had exploded this morning what appears to have been a nuclear device.

Were you there? Did you see it? Did you have your gieger counter turned on?
Where do you get your info?

The experts said it definitely was not a nuke.

Condoleeza Rice appearing on CNN today stated that the activity on No Korean & Chinese border does not appear to be a nuclear explosion. She added that No Korea would further alienate itself from it's neighbors, most importantly China, if they detonated a nuclear device.
