<<Vets are rocking on C-Span right now.>>

Definitely.

What happens when one insults or degrades a US Veteran and calls him a baby killer.?
It is an insult to all the Veterans of all our wars.
To their brothers, sisters, parents.
To the families, children, grandchildren, great grandchildren of vets from WW1 until this day.
An insult to teachers of our grade schools, to residents and employees of all the Veteran Hospitals.
To the employees of Boeing, of Northrop, of Lockheed,of Raytheon, of the Pentagon
He insults the Congressmen who authorize and fund the wars.

Kerry has insulted veterans, and is apparently still trying to do that with forged documents concerning Bush's Service record.

It is not an insult to present verified facts.
A man who tries to win an election by insulting US servicemen in general is too stupid to be elected President.

We were there (Kerry Lied rally) but did not get there until almost three. It did go on long past four but since we were not watching TV don't know whether C-SPAN kept the cameras going after 4, which is about when O'Neill started.

O'Neill was probably the best speaker. I got him to autograph my copy of the book. He was very gracious, and when I mentioned that we were sending money to the Swifties and liked the latest ad he seemed very grateful.

I can't believe his voice holds up so well, given all the interviews and speeches he gives!

Afterwards we ate at the Hawk and Dove on Pennsylvania Ave. and sat with a nice couple from Atlanta that were at the rally. There are several rooms in this place, a Washington institution. We turned the TV to C-SPAN and saw O'Neill again at some kind of panel. We may have run some people off that wanted to watch football, most of the TVs were showing one game or another.
