You are not going to get many specific visions and dreams out of GWB or Kerry. Any of those would be re-stated by the Press to be guaranteed promises and used as milestones which if not achieved indicate total failure. If anyone can say whether oil will be $20 bbl or $120/bbl in 4 years, or tell us how many passenger jets will be shot down by terrorists perhaps they can risk providing a vision of the future. IMO if we can just squeak by without losing an entire city, or another 3k citizens, that is -to keep the continental US and its working citizens safe from attack, we will have achieved wonders and the US will retain its position as a most desired place of freedom and promise where individual dreams can come true.
