It is very significant that Britain, Germany and France have excluded George W. Bush and his USA from the pact of nations who are dealing with the Iranian nuclear threat. They have nabed together minus the US to warn Iran and bring them into nuclear compliance. That is significant IMO. Bush is hated and despised worldwide. He is even hated and despised even by Colin Powell, his own Secretary of State. After all it is Powell who has to bear the brunt of the ridicule for Bush's stupidity.
