Anti gun law has prevented him from purchasing during last ten year term of law. It has? Thats news to me. The AWB only banned the manufacture..not the sale so your way off base. Second, non U.S. citizens are not allowed to buy ANy firearms from a licensed dealer. 3nd, every one of those guys you see at a table at a gun show is a licensed dealer and is required by law to do a background check with the FBI. 4th, nobody is allowed to sell more than 5 firearms per year without a federal firearms license. If you sell more than that, you get charged with a felony of selling firearms without a license.
