Neither do these memos. It would seem that regulation was honored in the breach. I do not see the problem with those orders. The only thing I see different from what I earlier posted is the Commander's signature block is to the right. Notice that below the CDR the adjutant signed to the left. That is correct procedure and because of that the Cdr's block shifts right. The adjutant signature is the equivalent of a notary. Also notice that the address line does not use superscript. LOL...And this is USAF Flight School. They always have the latest and greatest of everything.
