Update: I conflated Burkett with Barnes when I called him a Kerry fund-raiser. But the proven liar charge certainly stands.

So now Burkett and Strong, neither of whom either claim to have even seen the documents in question, are the only supporting witnesses for their legitimacy.

What will it take for MSM to report that the memos are fakes? Period, without question?

I hadn't thought of that dynamic before. Having to keep a prospective story quiet makes it hard to validate it. An inherent flaw in the mainstream media system even with the best of intentions.
