Man you're putting me to sleep. Go back and read the discussion between TigerPaw and Uncle West on this thread. If you want to post an article that says all of the stuff was available when the memo's were made, that's fine with me. Now you have to put on your thinking cap and ask yourself is it likely that technology was used for a CYA memo out of a National Guard unit. If you're being honest you would come to the conclusion: Not Likely.
