I'd love to be wrong and love for him to win, but the "liberal media" are pushing harder every day on how he doesn't have a prayer. Disenfranchisement takes many forms.

The Swift Boat Vets scam was a monumentally hideous moment in the history of American politics and speaks volumes about the "values" of the right. But Kerry helped them along VIGOROUSLY with his "knowing what I know now" answer about the Iraqi war, one of the stupidest blunders I've ever heard from a presidential candidate. They grooved one for him that he should have knocked out of the park, and he beaned himself with it.

Right now, the best I have to pin my hopes on is that in 2008 it will be so clear to JSP how much damage Bush has done that, Rush or no Rush, brother Jeb won't have an easy time of it. But one never knows.

I think it's too close to call. I know who I _hope_ wins.

JMHO.
