Your wrong on all accusations. Let me guess you're next going to cite one of Ban Rather's phoney memos right? Bush volunteered for Palace Alert Program in Vietnam. And Bush did all his drills as well except the 9921st Air Reserve Squadron he was assigned to...didn't have drills to miss. Bush did 106 drills between Oct 1972 and Jul 1973. Bush only needed 44.
