I just caught a few minutes of the local CBS news when they read a viewer's complaint. The viewer said that the CBS affiliates were responsible, too, and he wasn't going to watch them any more if they didn't apologize and if heads didn't roll. The anchor responded that the memos seemed problematic and he, too, was waiting to see what CBS did about it but that the viewer seemed too smart to believe that the affiliates had any role in that. I guess boycotting every product ever advertised on CBS isn't enough for some angry people...
