Oh, brother.

No, it won't. Smallpox been eradicated. There is no reservoir out there, except for heavily guarded research facilities. Two for sure, us and the Russians. We thought maybe Saddam, and maybe N. Korea, but Saddam didn't seem to pan out.

And if smallpox ever gets loose again, nobody alive has immunity other than genetic immunity, and possibly adults who were immunized as children before circa 1975 but nobody really knows for sure.

So, it makes sense not to get immunized for smallpox.
