Thats exactly right...Kerry is trying to pick up the anybody but Bush crowd. Problem is that the independent and undecided voters are conservative on issues like National Security. They won't risk National Security by unseating an incumbent without a really really good reason like 50,000 casualties in Iraq and Afghanistan or a successful major or repeated terrorists attacks here at home with major mistakes made at the Federal level.
