Since both Kerry and Edwards are former trial lawyers, kinda makes you wonder what standards they used for documents introduced into evidence, doesn't it?

Edwards is what Bush calls a trial lawyer, he was a plaintiff's lawyer practicing personal injury.

But Kerry was a prosecutor, he did trials, too.

I call anybody who goes into court on a regular basis a trial lawyer, regardless of the type of law they are in court about. Could be tax, could be securities, could be anything. Bush had a stellar team of trial lawyers during the 2000 post election debacle, but he doesn't think of them as trial lawyers, I hope.
