Actually the composer is the most likely to have been used...these typewriters were built in many custom forms.

The executive is more than adequate for the task and much cheaper than the composer.

Nonsense. The composer was a $20,000 machine that WOULD NOT HAVE BEEN PRESENT in a National Guard/Military general office environment.
