I am not an expert on that event. As I recall Neocon is. However, it is, always has been, and always will be, a sin to target an innocent human being as a means of harming your enemy. There is NO justification for it.

I am on record as having awakened the wrath of most of the conservatives when I declared that I would allow the entire human race to be annihilated rather than condone the torture of one innocent. I have no tickle room on this issue.
