No, if you look you'll find that most of posts shown in such a search have been removed. As I explained the the PM I just sent you (which you haven't seen yet), the profanity is much more likely to draw scrutiny as a TOU violation if additional attention is drawn to it by way of citing it separately, adding emphasis, spamming it to multiple threads, veiling it through intentional misspelling, etc. And, especially if it's offered gratuitously, as was the case in this instance.
