I'm sorry, but your source is just full of glaring leftism and cannot be trusted. I do not know the docs it cites are authentic. And the interpretations of those docs are all breathless and wild-eyed. I stopped reading it at the title, all bolded with 72pt typeface. It could have gotten the point across in a calmer, more reasoned and less leftist manner. If Bush deserted, the military knew where he was and should have arrested him. It did not. Indeed, it gave him an honorable discharge - a real official discharge, not a fake "Combat V" citation like your fraud claims he received but cannot prove.
