E-mail to CBS Scam Alert:

I have information about a possible scam being perpetrated by a major player in media. The scheme focuses on the use of forged documents to defame a sitting president and to influence an election.

This appears to go up to the top or near the top of the news division of this entity. At a minimum, the situation involves a high-profile newscaster of many year's experience.

For more information on this, contact me.

"Maybe you guys ought to take a look at 60 Minutes and Dan Rather before the cops do it for you. CBS has mow ADMITTED that the documents it originally touted as copies of the originals were in fact NOT. To keep your version of this story alive, you trot out an 86 year old women who claims accurate memory of a few memos she typed more than 30 years ago. So how many others did she type after that? Are you or she willing to claim she accurately remembers the contents of all?

You people better get your act together quickly. This is getting serious."
