Scary as hell, but all is not lost. We need people who can execute a cohesive plan in Iraq, and pronto. We need a plan for pulling out our troops and putting in Arab troops, after the installation of an elected, democratic government. The idea of a 10 year occupation simply is not the right way to go. You know, my values are pretty much Republican, but I feel like Bush is the wrong Republican to have in office right now. I think his father would have been a better man for the times. Or better yet, McCain would have been superb.
