If the documents are forged, then this might also be a felony. You cannot forge documents to try and alter the outcome of a Federal election. We need to get Ashcroft's people on this. Looks like the Democrats have done a "Ready, Fire, Aim" with these. If this is the "best" they can do ... The election is over. One thing that can close this election early is if it is discovered that the forged documents come from Democrats, either DNC or Kerry campaign. Don't you thing that is the reason Dan Rather has not decided to cut his losses long time ago? Its not the Dems..........they have no one as duplicitous and as Machiavellian as Rove. Early on, it would have just been an egg on his face, if Rather's reputation was the only thing on the line - he has none, so no loss. Now it the storm is gathering strength. Rather must be rooting for Ivan to take the spotlight off him. I can't imagine anyone withstanding the GOP machine....it makes Hitler's army look like boy scouts. BTW you too are friends with Youpid? Politics makes for very strange bedfellows. Now I'm convinced you all would sell off your first born for the cause! ;~) ted
